We all know what it's like to feel like you're doing life on hard mode and you don't have the manual, and everyone else seems to be hitting all the checkpoints and winning all the levels. As a late-diagnosed AudHder, me too!
I'm not about to tell you've I've discovered the manual, or sell you on how to do life on easy mode, but I am offering myself as a guide, mentor, companion or a map reader if you will.
I've been a counsellor, coach and clinical supervisor for 12 years and I've learned a lot along the way that I know will help you on your journey too.
I can help you with strategies for executive function, rejection sensitivity, unmasking, demand avoidance and emotional dysregulation. We can explore communication, relationship difficulties and anything you find difficult about your neurodivergence.
I can help you set and achieve goals in a compassionate and demand avoidant free way that gives you complete autonomy
It's far better to be you than anyone else, I promise. Coaching with me is about learning to trust in and celebrate the fundamentals of who you are.
We can set goals and find change, it's just about finding the right way that works for you, and everyone is different.
You will never hear me saying 'have you tried being consistent'. You'll never hear me say, 'have you tried a journal'
Let's think outside of the box together and find ways to really thrive.
The way I work with neurodivergence is with radical acceptance. I start from a place where without radical acceptance of our brains, we can go no further.
We cannot turn ourselves into neurotypical people, so coaching with me is about finding ways of supporting your brain and behaviours through compassion and the unpacking of internalised ableism.
Over a series of sessions we will go at your pace to explore the changes you want to make in your life.
There's no searching around my website trying to find how much I charge.
I charge £120 per 1 hour session.
I occasionally have some low cost spaces available so please ask if you need to access those spaces.
When you are looking for a coach it's important that you can trust the person you are working with.
That you know they are working in an ethical way and that they have the appropriate qualifications and experience.
You can read more about me on the link below.
